We are excited to share that we are upgrading our electronic health record system, transitioning from CPSI to MEDITECH. While your care team remains the same, they will now have advanced tools to better document, coordinate, and support your care. As part of this upgrade, we also want to help you prepare for a transition to a new patient portal, which will offer improved access to your health information and communication with your care team.
Starting July 1, 2026, we will transition to a new patient portal, and MyCareCorner will no longer be updated or used for ongoing access to your health information.
If you would like to keep copies of your past medical records, lab results, or visit summaries, we encourage you to log in to MyCareCorner before July 1, 2026, and download or save any information you may need for your personal records. Please note that while these records will no longer be available through the patient portal after the transition, the hospital will continue to maintain access to your medical records.
If you are unable to access your records for any reason, please complete a records request by visiting www.mcphersoncenterforhealth.org and clicking “Request Records” at the top of the homepage. If further assistance is needed, please call 620-241-2251 ext. 475.
