About
Jake’s passion for medicine was shaped by his six years in the U.S. Army. After being wounded in Iraq during combat, earning the Purple Heart Medal, he was medically retired, and through his healing journey found his calling in healthcare, to help others. Outside of work, Jacob enjoys traveling and spending time exploring the outdoors hiking and camping with his wife and their two children, as well as hunting and fishing. He is also an avid supporter of his children’s sporting events and values being actively involved in his family and community.
