On July 1, McPherson Center for Health will transition to a new electronic health record system, MEDITECH Expanse, bringing a more connected and convenient healthcare experience to patients throughout the community.
This investment will improve how care is delivered by enhancing communication between care teams, streamlining access to health information, and providing patients with new tools to manage their healthcare online.

New Patient Portal
As part of this transition, patients with a scheduled appointment will receive an email with a secure link to register for the new patient portal. The portal will provide convenient access to health information and allow patients to view test results, communicate with their care team, request prescription refills, manage appointments, and more.
Patients will be able to access the new patient portal through the Patient Portal page on the hospital’s website or by downloading the MHealth app for convenient access from their mobile device.
Important Reminder About MyCareCorner
Patients are encouraged to log in to MyCareCorner before July 1 and download any medical records they would like to keep for their personal records.
Beginning July 1, MyCareCorner will no longer be updated or used for ongoing patient access. Medical records for services received prior to July 1 will be available through a medical records request. Patients needing assistance with medical record requests may call 620-241-2251 ext. 475.
